Its main purpose is to provide an easy way for people to dispose of their urine when a toilet is not available.

Commonly, urinal bottles are urine intended for male use. For women, there is a special design called a bedpan which has a totally different way of use.

Urinal bottles are used by people with disabilities or who are unable to use a conventional toilet due to a medical condition. People with a spinal cord injury, for example, who are unable to stand or sit, may use urinal bottles since using a toilet is difficult.

However, nowadays people use urinal bottles during outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and camping.

Understanding types of urinal bottle

1. Disposable urinal bottle

Disposable urinal bottles are one-time-use bottles.

They are made up of biodegradable plastic material. The container, bag, and cap are usually thrown away after use to reduce the risk of spreading germs or diseases due to human contact with the urine.

With only one-time use, it can avoid the risk of disease transmission and protect sanitation.

It is widely used in hospitals, retirement homes, nursing homes, etc. Remember, dispose of it wisely. Don’t just throw it anywhere.

2. Reusable urinal bottle

A reusable urinal bottle is a plastic container that is designed to hold the urine from one use and then be used again the next time we need to urinate (pee).

It provides an economical, environmentally friendly, and sustainable solution to the issue of public urination.

The reusable urinal bottle is ideal for those who like to save money and the environment at the same time.

How to use the urinal bottle properly

We can use a urinal bottle according to our own comfortable position.

If we can stand up while using it, feel free to do so. Just keep the body straight and hold the bottle with one hand. Put the mouth of the bottle in front of the vital area and aim it at urine directly into the bottle

If we are not in fine condition, it could be easier to lie down.

Place a towel underneath the urinal bottle to minimize spills or leaks when using it while lying down, and make sure we aim for the bottle as we urinate.

Why you should clean your urinal bottle?
